A Color-full Weekend

Played with a lot of color this weekend...

My work table was color-full!

I cut fabric strips from the hand painted fabrics made on Saturday.

Cut some freezer paper masks to cover the yellow flowers. I want to try printing a background pattern. I really liked how the freezer paper looked as it hovered over the flowers before I ironed it on.

Took out my Roy G Biv fabrics. I want to create a swatch book of the extra fabrics I've made in all the different colors after the Searching for Roy G Biv Challenge is over.

I also worked on the fabrics for the Hamsa piece.

Still lots to do but sometimes it's nice to just lay it all out and gaze at the colors...

It makes me happy.
