You may need to use your fingernails, a toothbrush etc. if the glue is really in there. You might also try soaking again. I find that the thicker the application, the harder it is to get out. I didn't have any trouble with the samples (see The Reveal post) with multiple layers of glue..I will let you know how the hamsas work out.
